Account and profile information. When you register, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), and optional profile details such as gender and birth information used for chart calculations.

Birth and chart data. To generate Kundli, compatibility, muhurat, and other reports, we collect date, time, and place of birth, and related inputs you or your partner provide. This data is necessary to deliver accurate astrological outputs.

Orders and payments. When you purchase reports, subscriptions, or consultations, we record order details, amounts, and payment status. Payment card data is processed by our payment partners (such as Paytm); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Communications. If you contact us, book a consultation, or subscribe to Daily Direction, we collect the content you send and your delivery preferences (email and/or WhatsApp where enabled).

Technical data. We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs to secure the platform and improve performance.

• Create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in (including Google or Facebook where you choose those options).
• Generate, deliver, and store astrology reports and related PDFs or links.
• Process payments, memberships, promotions, and referral rewards.
• Schedule consultations and send booking confirmations and reminders.
• Send Daily Direction messages and transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, delivery notices).
• Respond to support requests and improve our Services.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email, payment processing, cloud storage for reports, WhatsApp/SMS delivery via providers such as Twilio, and analytics tools bound by confidentiality).
• Astrology or PDF generation APIs required to produce your reports, limited to the birth and order data needed for that service.
• Professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

If we use third-party sign-in (Google, Facebook), those providers process your data according to their own privacy policies when you use their login buttons.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide Services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Report files may be stored so you can access them from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your account subject to exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax or legal compliance).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential.

• Manage Daily Direction delivery preferences in your subscription settings.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us (subject to applicable law).

If you are in India or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your information may be processed on servers or by providers located outside your state or country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
