Soul Academy provides Vedic astrology–based reports, personalized guidance, and optional live consultations. Our content is intended for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult qualified professionals for matters requiring licensed expertise.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes. Promotional codes, referral credits, and membership benefits are subject to their specific rules and may not be combined unless we allow it.

Payments are processed through third-party gateways (such as Paytm). By paying, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected amount. Failed or reversed payments may delay or cancel delivery of reports or consultations.

Wallet credits and referral rewards have no cash value except as applied to eligible purchases on our platform, unless we state otherwise in writing.

• Report generation depends on accurate birth details you provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect input.
• Delivery times (e.g., within 24 hours or after astrologer review for certain products) are estimates, not guarantees.
• Reports are delivered via email and/or WhatsApp when configured and when a valid phone number is on file.
• PDF links and downloads may expire or require login for security. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish report content without our written permission.

Consultation bookings are subject to astrologer availability. You agree to attend at the scheduled time or follow our rescheduling and cancellation rules. Missed sessions without timely notice may not be eligible for refund or credit. Consultation advice remains guidance only and is not a substitute for regulated professional services.

Subscription plans renew according to the billing cycle you select until cancelled. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account where available. We may change plan features or pricing with notice where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Harass staff, astrologers, or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Share account access or resell Services without authorization.
• Submit false birth data or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The Soul Academy name, logo, website design, report templates, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered reports for your own private use. All other rights are reserved.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Astrological interpretations involve judgment and tradition; different practitioners may interpret charts differently. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOUL ACADEMY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Academy from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased and our published refund policy. Digital reports that have been fully delivered are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a material service failure on our side. Contact support with your order number for refund requests.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated by email or notice on the site where appropriate.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
